We strive to display our products (including Storage Shelves, 5-Tier Adjustable, 3000 lbs Capacity Heavy Duty Garage Storage Shelving Unit) as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues.

Order Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent to you after you place an order. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Final acceptance occurs when we ship the product to you.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at lisbethtellers4817@hotmail.com to request a cancellation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping methods, delivery times, and charges.

Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times are estimates only. If expedited shipping does not arrive within the promised timeframe, please contact us to request a shipping fee refund.

Risk of Loss:

Risk transfers once the carrier collects the order, but damage occurring during delivery is still handled under the Refund Policy.

If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days from the delivery date of the last item in the order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, refunds, and restocking fees.

Summary:

Customers may request a no-reason return within 30 days of receiving the product (calculated from the delivery date of the last item in the order). Returned items must remain unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns due to customer preference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you submit comments, reviews, or other feedback to us, you agree that we may use, edit, or publish such content without restriction. We are not obligated to maintain any comments in confidence or to compensate you for them.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of McLean County, Illinois.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
