Thank you for shopping at DuraHaul. Below are our shipping methods, timelines, and delivery terms.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

Small Parcels (tools, lighting, kitchen products, personal-care items):

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days, with an additional charge

If expedited shipping does not arrive within the promised timeframe, please contact us to request a shipping fee refund.

Bulky/Heavy Products (shelving, towing equipment):

Freight Shipping: 7-14 business days
Delivery method: Curbside delivery standard; liftgate service available upon request

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Small Parcels:

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $99: standard shipping is $9.99.
Expedited shipping has an additional charge.

Bulky/Heavy Products (shelving, towing equipment):

Freight shipping is charged based on weight and destination, regardless of order value.
Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

Delivery Damage Reporting

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date of the last item in the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage with your report.
